Proper SIM insertion is key to ensuring your activation goes smoothly and your CREDO Mobile device connects properly to the network. In order to properly insert your SIM, search for your device below for instructions.
Device Specific SIM Card Installation Instructions can be located on the manufacturer's website.
The SIM Card is located in the insert shown below

Unfold the insert and gently remove the SIM card and SIM key

Gently pop out the SIM card (try to avoid touching the gold contacts if possible). Below is what the front and back of the SIM card will look like.

Android SIM Card Installation:
Important Note: Power off your phone before removing or installing the SIM card.
First locate the SIM slot on the Android, depending on the model it will be in one of three locations:
1.The SIM Tray is located on the top left side of the phone for the following models: Samsung Galaxy S7, S8, S9, S10, S20 & A35 series | 2.The SIM Tray is located at the bottom of the phone near the charger for the following models: Samsung Galaxy S21, S22, S23, S24 & S25 series | 3.The SIM Tray is located on the bottom left side of the phone for the following models: Google Pixel 5, 6, 7 & 8A series |

How to Determine if the SIM should be facing gold side up or down
| 1.The SIM card should be inserted with gold side facing down for the following models: Samsung Galaxy S7, S8, S9, S10, & S20 | 1.The SIM card should be inserted with gold side facing up for the following models: Samsung Galaxy S21, S22, S23, S24 & S25 series and Google Pixel 5, 6, 7 & 8A series |

Step 1: Locate the SIM tray and gently insert the sim key
Step 2: Gently press on the sim key to pop out the tray as shown and gently pull it out
Step 3: Insert the sim card in the tray and insert the tray back in the phone as shown

Important Note: Power off your phone before removing or installing the SIM card.
- Remove Back Cover
- You can pry the cover open at the corner
- Insert SIM
- Insert microSD Memory Card (optional)
- Insert the Battery
- Align the battery contacts, then insert the battery contacts first
- Replace Back Cover
- After installing the SIM card and battery, align the cover and snap it closed. Be sure to press around all the edges to ensure a secure fit.
- Charger: Plug in the Micro-USB connector to charge your phone
